Services

Mason Web Dev provides website design and related services using Wix. All services are subject to agreed scope, pricing, and timelines.
 

Payments

• Prices are agreed before work begins

• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable

• Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
   

Revisions

• Services include the number of revisions stated at booking

• Additional revisions or work outside scope may incur extra charges
   

Refunds

• No refunds once work has started

• Monthly services can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds are issued for the current billing period
   

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate content and information

• Responding in a reasonable timeframe
  Delays caused by missing content or feedback may affect timelines.
   

Liability

Mason Web Dev is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Wix platform outages

• Issues caused by third-party services
   

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of updated terms.
