Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable

• A deposit secures your booking and time

Before work begins

• If no work has started, the remaining balance (if paid) can be refunded

• Deposits remain non-refundable

After work has begun

• No refunds once work has started

• This includes design, setup, or revisions

Client cancellation

• If the client cancels after work has started, no refund is issued

• Work completed up to that point is considered delivered

Project delays

• Delays caused by missing content, feedback, or approvals do not qualify for refunds

Monthly website care

• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time

• No refunds for the current billing period
